Hello friends

Just came across this you tube video of a gentleman showing his creed cologne collection.

Do pay attention to the first and the last part of the video. Gives us some nice information

the first part discusses a couple of points on “ways to check if your creed is real”

I remember coming across on a very informative and similar article on eBay on how to avoid buying fake cologne on eBay. Hunting for it. Will post the link as soon as I find it. But yeah, its true, people do end up buying fake colognes on internet.

The last part is not about creed but the best cologne deal for the money anyone can buy. Do have a look.

    Jernizzle,

I totally agree I have an expensive habit. There are alot of really wonderful less expensive fragrances out there. But, I am sort of a collector of fragrances and I like to own things that no one else has. That is what I aim for!! I look for the fragenaces you wont find at the mall. I have mall fragrances too like Yves St Laurent,JPG,Cuba Red,,,ex. I have started buying alot of samples as well, I bought alot of samples and intend to do update video soon. Have a good Day!!!

Hello,I would like to thankyou for giving the information on cologne you know like the shelf life and what some and great cologne’s there are.
I really enjoy your video’s. It seem’s you have great knowledge on cologn’s unlike other reviews on cologne or perfume.
    Thankyou,
    Jeremy

Hello,I would like your personal opinion on cologne’s. Do you think a woman would be turned off if I bought a normal price range cologe, which run’s between $40.00-80.00. I do not buy stuff from walgreen or your usual discount place. I own 4 cologe’s,which are joop, valentino v,issey miyake leo’d'issey and exceptionally because you are, which is hard to find. I got it at fragrancenet. I just can’t afford most of the creed cologe’s,which run over $100.00 a bottle. Thanks.

    Jernizzle,
No not at all price is not important. What is important is the way it makes you feel. If you like it whether it is $1 or $200 how it makes you feel is most important. It helps you to exhude confidence that you have hidden deep down!!!

i have that same shelf hahaha but nice collection. the bois du portugal is a VERY mature smell, so those of you planning on buying this under the age of… 40 buy a sample vail first because it is pretty musky…. silver mountain water and green irish tweed are for those in their 20s to 30s and taberome is another mature smell.

JPL is so nice but i would hate it if they made it any cheaper cos thats how it gets known as a cheap thing when it’s not i used to love the red joop but now it’s always on sale everywhere thats it’s not worth wearing it anymore.

Ebay can be risky, If your looking to find Himalaya cheaper and you want to be able to return it if something was wrong. Then look at Costco’s online site they carry it there for 160 dollars I think. I think they would probably be a safer bet. I still stick by buying from only authorized dealers for my most expensive. Everything 60 and under I buy where I can get the best deal.

    Great Video on the …
Great Video on the creed cologne collection, but the fact of the matter is the average person today is not going to spend over $100.00 for a bottle of cologne. All of the creed cologne’s are well over $100.00 per bottle. The average creed cologne cost’s at least $200.00 or more per bottle. I buy great designer fragrances like issey miyake, valentino v,joop ect. I just would never spend that type of money on a cologne. It wouldn’t matter how great the smell was.
    Thankyou,
    Jeremy

    Do a Google search …
Do a Google search for “amouage sample set”. You can buy a sample set with five 2ml bottles of their current range, including Jubilation.

You could also try eBay as there are sample sets there too.

JXXV is a very incense based frag and wears very close to the skin on me. It’s my least favourite from their range but I still like it.

Dia is wonderful, as is Ciel. Reflection is good too but my favourite has to be Gold. And Silver, both Crystal and cologne.

    Hope that helps.

question: in regards to the last 2 numbers telling the date, is that normally the same for other colognes, ie: prada for men?

  18. blackwatertom328 Said,

    Dual 89,
    I do not …

    Dual 89,
I do not think it is the same for most fragrances. Creed Fragrances in some cases will only put the manufacture date on the inside of the box as opposed to the bottle but that is rare it usuallywill be stamped on the inside of the box and the bottleboth. If you order Creeds from an unauthorized dealer sometimes they to hide or scratch off the date so you dont know the age. I ordered some Creed from fragrance net once. They sent an 8 year old bottle. So buy only from Authorized source.

I didn’t even think about them being old if you bought them from ebay. Guess that’s why some sellers have disclaimers discussing varying degrees of potency! lol

Even though I wear perfume, it’s great to see a Creed review/collection video since there arn’t many out there.
